It rained today. My 10 year Chloe said “it rains cat and dogs.” then my 6 year Claire asked “where’s cats and dogs?”
As a Korean, this expression doesn’t make sense to me for I see many cats and dogs play like besties.
It rained like two dogs on the street. 😉
“I will save you!” Claire said. 🙂
A happy mail from Ministry of Fabric came along with rain.
They are Sevenberry fabrics, Cotton and Steel and Dear Stella. It always surprise me when someone selected fabrics just like I picked them.
I remember many gifts I didn’t really like; plates, clothes, home decorations……one of house warming gifts was a vintage-y frame and it was so creepy so I had to throw it away.
But when I get fabric gift, they are always my kind of prints!
I think online friends share many feelings than an actual friend who doesn’t get along often.
And another surprise is Scrappy Project Planner from Fat Quarter Shop.
This planner is designed especially for quilters; Each page has sections for project name, quilt size, number of blocks, who it is for…… and the last part has 6 quilt patterns designed by Lori Holt.
If you are a quilter, it will make you a good Christmas gift. Have your hubby visit my blog and get an idea. *wink*
I am going to write my kind of project and organize my project plans for the next year.
Wishing for another rainy day, Minki
