All of sudden ,I was feeling like making a card this morning. (breakfast dishes were still in the sink.) I grab a piece of watercolor paper and played watercolor paint.

Guess how long it took to finish this card. If I didn’t take any pictures, I could have finished in 5 minutes. Even though I had to stop at each process and took a quick shot,

30minutes were more than enough. If you have a urgent occasion to drop a line, I think my watercolor card idea is helpful.

Step1.

Get the big brush and mix blue watercolor with generous amount of water. Drop the paint on the watercolor paper. Don’t play too much. You want to save some space.

Step2.

Blow it with your breath.

Step3.

Repeat step1 and step2 using red color.

Step4.

Cut some fabric as the shape of a vase and a mat. Using all purpose glue, adhere on the paper. Decorate with sequins as they look like flowers.

Step5.

With sewing machine, sew the outline. If you don’t enjoy sewing on the paper, just draw with black marker. But I recommend sewing machine. 🙂

Step6.

You can finish at step5 but I wanted to give a bit more detail. Steal some beads from your daughter’s drawer and sew by hand on the center of the sequins.

Using Sharpie marker, draw stems and cute leves. (not too much is the secret. ^^) Stamp the message on the bottom and enjoy your creation. 🙂

Thank you for stopping by. I appreciate that you are here.
