Hello, sewing friends!
The other day my daughter Chloe said that we should give July a speed ticket.
Summer really flies and it must have received many tickets if we could give one. 🙂
I am so pleased to show you my Calico Crow projects finally! Calico Crow collection is Lauren Nash‘s
latest fall collection for Penny Rose Fabrics.
I loved her last collection Bunnies and Blossoms and made a Boxy Zip Pouch and a Buny Snack bag(free tutorial for Bernina blog).
So I was excited when I was invited to her blog tour plus this collection has all of my favorite colors, Yello and yellow’s friends! 🙂
I made two round storage cases. As my sewing projects are growing, I have always needed more big storages.
You don’t want to store your handmades in a plastic box, right? 🙂
This yellow is Confetti Cottons Color Daffodil from Riley Blake Designs.
Lauren’s Calico Crow Calico Cream print is perfect together. I wish I had a bolt of them so I can turn my house into fall already!
These beautiful polymer clay buttons are gifted from my artist friend, Suhobi.
I hope you liked my projects and hopefully inspire you. A big thank you to Lauren for inviting me to be a part her blog tour.
Check out Lauren’s Instagram for full collection and her blog tour updates.

Just found your blig, love it! Have you done patterns for these storage boxes?
I have a serious, incurable love of these cases! I want to make a whole series of different sizes for myself and my only granddaughter! Excitedly waiting to have instructions!

These are adorable Minki! You have really showcased this fabric collection. I love all your zip cases that you have designed. Keep them coming!!
Have a beautiful day sweet lady!
Love the fabrics and the storage cases! I didn’t see a pattern for the storage cases in your pattern shop. Is there a pattern? I would love to make some. Thanks!
Hi Melanine! I love your name! 🙂
I haven’t made the pattern but I took all the step pictures so I will make it as soon as I have a time. Thank you for checking!!
