Hello friends,
I would like to introduce you a beautiful UK sewing magazine.
I found this beautiful image on their blog and couldn’t help sharing with you.

My first date with Pretty Patches magazine was my  Stitched Coffee Coasters.
You can download the templates here.
I donated my coaster set to help people who suffered from hurricane Katrina. I felt good that my sewing could actually help someone.
Looking back my coasters makes me want to sew them again for people around me.
I hope any moment of your day was meaningful.
Thank you for visiting this ‘mostly silent’ blog. 😉

Thanks for your kind thoughts!!
These coasters are so cute and what a great idea for a Christmas gift! I have never heard of this magazine before but always love finding new ones with beautiful projects. Congrats on having your coasters published in the magazine!!
It’s only been a few months that I got to know Pretty Patches magazine. It’s one of reason I wish to visit UK bookstore!! 🙂
Yes, I’m making more coaster sets for Christmas Minki. They are such a satisfying gift to make and of course are really easy to dress up with pretty packaging. Thank you for reminding me the pattern is ready for me in my Sew Illustration file – which is getting quite full of magazine clippings now!!!!
I am so happy that you enjoy making handmade gifts. Please share your coaster collection!
